Dieser Beitrag betrachtet die jeweiligen Vor- und Nachteile der neoadjuvanten und adjuvanten Chemotherapie beim muskelinvasiven Blasenkarzinom. Darüber hinaus gibt er einen Ausblick auf die Möglichkeiten der Immuntherapie und neue Versorgungsansätze.
