Sigmakonduit Volvulus: eine extrem seltene Komplikation eines Sigmakonduit

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen 84-jährigen Patienten mit der seltenen Diagnose eines Volvulus eines Sigmakonduits nach radikaler Zystoprostatektomie bei Harnblasenkarzinom. Unseres Wissens handelt es sich um den ersten in der Literatur beschriebenen Fall.

Abstract

We report the case of an 84-year-old man with the rare diagnosis of a volvulus of an incontinent sigmoid colon urinary conduit after radical cystoprostatectomy due to urinary bladder cancer. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case in literature of a volvulus of a sigmoid colon conduit.
