Transkoronare Alkoholablation der Septumhypertrophie (TASH) ist ein effektives katheterinterventionelles Verfahren für die Behandlung der hypertrophen obstruktiven Kardiomyopathie (HOCM). Hierbei wird durch eine koronare Alkoholinjektion die Obstruktion im linksventrikulären Ausflusstrakt dauerhaft behandelt. Der vorliegende Schritt-für-Schritt-Beitrag soll hierzu einen kurzen Überblick geben und das Vorgehen beschreiben.
