Zusammenfassung

Schmerz ist ein weitverbreitetes Phänomen auf Intensivstationen. Die Erfassung dieses Phänomens ist herausfordernd, vor allem dann, wenn Betroffene nicht mehr selbstständig kommunizieren können. Es ist daher bedeutsam, wie häufig und zu welchen Anlässen Patienten auf Intensivstationen Schmerzen verspüren und ebenso, wie sie diese erleben. Dieser Artikel widmet sich diesem Erleben aus leibphänomenologischer Perspektive.
