ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Schon seit vielen Jahren bietet das Deutsche Grüne Kreuz e. V. Beratung von Ärztinnen und Ärzten zu Schutzimpfungen an. Dabei stellen sich unter anderem auch in der Reisemedizin mitunter knifflige Konstellationen, bei denen vielerlei Aspekte Berücksichtigung finden müssen. Impfempfehlungen für Patienten mit chronischen Erkrankungen und unter immunsupprimierender Therapie müssen besonders sorgfältig erstellt werden. Wir haben im Folgenden einige Fallbeispiele (Meningokokkenimpfung bei Patientin mit Thrombozytopenie nach Impfung, Masernimpfung mit Totimpfstoff in den 1970er-Jahren; Gelbfieberimpfung unter Kortisontherapie) zusammengestellt und berücksichtigen auch häufige Fragen zur neuen Zosterimpfempfehlung mit dem Subunit-Totimpfstoff.

ABSTRACT

The German registered association „Deutsches Grünes Kreuz e. V.“ has been providing consulting services to physicians regarding protective vaccinations for many years now. This sometimes leads to tricky constellations, including but not limited to the field of travel medicine, where multiple aspects must be taken into consideration. Vaccination recommendations for patients with chronic diseases and under immunosuppressive therapy must be drawn up with special attention. In the following, we have composed several case studies (meningococcal vaccination in female patient with thrombocytopenia post vaccination, measles vaccination with inactivated vaccine in the 1970s; yellow fever vaccination under cortisone therapy), and we are also considering frequently asked questions about the new zoster vaccination recommendation with the inactivated subunit vaccine against shingles.
