Sportler erreichen nicht das alte Niveau, Patienten haben nach einer TEP Angst vor Bewegung. Gisamone Grunwald ist überzeugt: Die Methode Limbic Touch unterstützt Patienten darin, Stressspuren nach einem Trauma zu verarbeiten und dem Körper wieder mehr zu vertrauen. Stephanie Moers sprach mit ihr über die Methode und die Ausbildung, die Grunwald jetzt explizit auch für Physiotherapeuten anbietet.
