Das „Gute-Kita-Gesetz“ oder die „Respektrente“ – Politiker nutzen immer häufiger Frames, damit die Bürger ihre neuen Gesetze positiv wahrnehmen. Warum auch Physiotherapeuten diese Kommunikationsmethode nutzen sollten, bei der man durch die Formulierung beeinflusst, wie eine Botschaft ankommt, erklärt der niederländische Physiotherapeut Geert Rutten, der seit Jahren intensiv zu Placebo forscht.
