ZUSAMMENFASSUNG
Telemedizin (eHealth) ist aus der heutigen Welt nicht mehr wegzudenken. In manchen
Bereichen geht es ohne diese Übertragung gar nicht – im Weltraum. Die modernsten und
neuesten Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme werden im Gesundheitssystem eingesetzt;
in Kliniken schon lange zum Monitoring von Patienten verwendet. Beim US-amerikanischen
„soldier of the future“ soll ein Onlinemonitoring die Performancedaten während eines
Einsatzes übertragen. Zukünftig sollen nicht nur Vitalparameter erfasst werden, sondern
der kognitive, metabolische und „Combat-ready-Status“ zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Diese könnten operationell als situative Erkenntnisse für den Kommandeur oder für
den Mediziner im Fall eines Patientenmonitorings zugänglich gemacht werden. Insgesamt
ist überall die Absicht zu erkennen, dass es zukünftig möglich sein soll, ein Individuum
über eine digitale, gesundheitsförderliche Plattform zu monitoren, um seine Gesundheit
und Leistungsfähigkeit zu erhalten oder zu erhöhen.
ABSTRACT
Tele-medicine (eHealth) is not to be imagined as not existing in today‘s world anymore.
In some areas, it does not go without this transference at all – in the space. The
most modern and newest information and communication systems are used in the health
system; in medical centers for a long time for the monitoring of patients. In the
American „soldier of the future,“ an online monitoring should transfer the performance
data during deployment. In the future, not only vital parameters should be transmitted,
but be made available cognitive, metabolic and „combat ready“ status. These could
be made accessible operational information as situative knowledge for the commander
or for the medics in the case of a patient‘s monitoring. Overall, the intention is
to be recognized that in future it should be possible to monitor an individual from
everywhere. The aim is to obtain data via a digital, constitutional platform to remain
the state of health or to increase human performance.
