Sportverletzungen bremsen, sie ärgern und sind oft kompliziert. Ausschalten lässt sich das Risiko nicht, reduzieren hingegen schon. Wie das gelingt? Mit einem Risikoscreening, das Schwachstellen aufdeckt und relevante Faktoren identifiziert. Was folgt, sind präventive Maßnahmen und individualisierte Trainingsprogramme – strukturiert, zielgerichtet, progressiv und kontinuierlich.
