Zusammenfassung

Das ermüdungsfreie Stehen ist eine zentrale Notwendigkeit des täglichen Lebens. Deformitäten der Wirbelsäule und postoperative Stellungen der Wirbelsäule können dieses Gleichgewicht empfindlich stören. Im letzten Jahrzehnt haben wir vermehrt darauf geachtet, die komplexen Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und das sagittale Profil in die Operationsplanung einzubeziehen.

Abstract

The fatigue-proof upright posture is a pivotal necessity of daily living. Spinal deformities and postoperative position of the spine can interfere with this equilibrium. In the last decade we paid more attention to understand the complex relationships and to integrate the sagittal profile into the surgical planning.
