Evaluation des Sturzrisikos orthopädisch-unfallchirurgischer Patienten durch Etablierung eines Sturzrisikoscores und einer Verfahrensanweisung im klinischen Alltag

Zusammenfassung
Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht das Sturzrisiko orthopädisch-unfallchirurgischer Patienten bei Aufnahme in das Krankenhaus. Hierzu wurde ein klinikinterner Sturzrisikoscore ausgearbeitet, der die Patienten in 3 Risikokategorien einteilt. Im Anschluss wurde die Validität des Scores erfasst und Möglichkeiten zur Verminderung des individuellen Sturzrisikos aufgezeigt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der entwickelte Score hoch sturzgefährdete Patienten bereits bei Aufnahme identifizieren kann.
