Bei Patienten mit primärem Kehlkopf-Plattenepithelkarzinom (Tis-T2) beurteilten niederländische Kopf- und Hals-Chirurgen den Effekt des Resektionsrand-Status auf die lokale Kontrollrate nach Behandlung mit transoraler CO2-Laser-Mikrochirurgie (TLM). Darüber hinaus überprüften die Bedeutung zusätzlicher Wundbettbiopsien.
