Die Bedeutung des Persönlichkeitsmerkmals Narzissmus in der modernen Gesellschaft nimmt zu. Dabei spielt die Einbeziehung narzisstischer Inhalte in den Medien eine wesentliche Rolle. Die Erfassung des Narzissmus ist mit verschiedenen Methoden möglich: So wurde beispielsweise festgestellt, dass Aktivitäten auf Facebook Rückschlüsse auf den Narzissmus der Nutzer ermöglichen [1]. Wir stellen hier die Fragebogenmethode in den Mittelpunkt, die es ermöglicht, 2 Subtypen des Narzissmus – Grandiosität und Vulnerabilität – zu messen.
