Die Schwangerschaftsrhinitis (SSR) ist eine endokrine nasale Hyperreaktivität, die zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Schwangerschaft auftreten kann. Etwa ein Viertel aller Schwangeren ist davon betroffen. Pathophysiologisch werden vor allem hormonelle Einflüsse diskutiert, Rauchen sowie eine vorbestehende Hausstaubmilbenallergie gelten als Risikofaktoren. Nachfolgend stellen wir ein stufentherapeutisches Konzept für die Behandlung der SSR vor.
