Die Rekonstruktion der dentofazialen Harmonie in der ästhetischen Zone stellt eine der größten Herausforderungen in der Implantologie dar. Unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen kann der Erhalt der ursprünglichen Gewebemorphologie angestrebt werden, sodass eine Sofortimplantation immer mehr an Aufmerksamkeit und Bedeutung gewinnt. Ziel des vorliegenden Beitrages ist die Vorstellung der Besonderheiten der Sofortimplantation zur Behandlung von Extraktionsalveolen, unter Berücksichtigung von chirurgischen sowie restaurativen Faktoren.

Schlussfolgerung

Für den implantatprothetischen Ersatz einzelner Frontzähne sollten verschiedene biologische, chirurgische sowie restaurative Parameter beurteilt und in einem klaren Behandlungskonzept zwischen Zahnarzt und Zahntechniker definiert sein. Das hier vorgestellte Konzept ermöglicht es bei korrekter Patientenauswahl, ein prognostizierbares, ästhetisch ansprechendes und natürliches Erscheinungsbild zu erzielen.
