Bewegung im Alter tut gut. Da verwundert es nicht, dass die Zahl an Bewegungsprogrammen für Senioren steigt. Aus der Fülle das richtige Konzept auszuwählen, gelingt mithilfe des „Systemisch-Medizinischen Mobilitätstrainings bei Senioren“.
