Diagnostik und Therapie habitueller Aborte – die S2k-Leitlinie 2018 in der Praxis

Habituelle Aborte sind selten, für die betroffenen Paare aber sehr belastend. Sie wünschen sich eine rasche Diagnostik und eine gezielte Therapie. Es gibt mannigfaltige Ursachen, und nicht immer können sie bestimmt werden. Dieser Beitrag stellt die diagnostischen und therapeutischen Möglichkeiten bei habituellen Aborten nach der neuen S2k-Leitlinie dar.
