Zusammenfassung

Funktionelle Neurologische Symptome (FNS) stellen in der Neurologie und Neurorehabilitation eine wiederkehrende Aufgabe dar. Sie bleiben ohne stimmige neurologische Erklärung und werfen die Frage nach einer psychischen Erkrankung auf. Das klinische Vorgehen umfasst gezielte neurologische, funktionstherapeutische und psychotherapeutische Maßnahmen. Trägt das gesamte Behandlungsteam diesen Therapieplan konsequent mit, erweisen sich FNS als grundsätzlich gut behandelbare Gesundheitsstörungen.
