E-Mental-Health-Angebote haben großes Potenzial, um Menschen in unterversorgten Gebieten mit niederschwelligen psychotherapeutischen Angeboten zu erreichen, insbesondere Geflüchtete. Solche Ansätze werden in verschiedenen Ländern getestet. Therapeutische Interventionen wie Verhaltensaktivierung oder Entspannungstechniken eignen sich gut und können an den kulturellen und sozialen Kontext angepasst werden.
