Online applizierte Interventionen haben sich bereits bei Ängsten und Depression [1] als hochwirksam erwiesen. Sie bieten die Möglichkeit, evidenzbasierte psychologische Interventionen niedrigschwellig durchzuführen. Die internetbasierte Psychodiagnostik erleichtert dabei das Beobachten der Symptomatik während des Behandlungsverlaufs und bietet Realtime-Feedback für Patienten und Therapeuten [2].
