Payal Saxena et al. Stylet slow-pull versus standard suction for endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration of solid pancreatic lesions: a multicenter randomized trial

This is the first randomized controlled trial to compare stylet slow-pull and standard suction methods for endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration of solid pancreatic masses. In 121 patients, no significant differences in diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy were found between the two techniques.
