Schulterverletzungen: Risikoscreening und physiotherapeutische Intervention

Zusammenfassung

Schulterverletzungen treten häufig bei Überkopfsportarten wie Handball, Volleyball und Tennis auf. Oft sind diese Verletzungen Folgen chronischer Fehlbelastungen, die auf Bewegungseinschränkungen und Muskeldysbalancen zurückzuführen sind. Mit einem gezielten Risikoscreening kann man solche Ursachen identifizieren und mit geeigneten Übungen das Verletzungsrisiko verringern.
