Professor Konrad Federlin, ehemaliger Ärztlicher Direktor der Medizinischen Klinik III und Poliklinik der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, wurde am 15. August 1928 in Frankfurt a. M. geboren und verstarb, wenige Monate vor seinem 90. Geburtstag, am 31. Januar 2018 in Gießen.
