So enthält z.
Abstract
Ginseng has been cultivated for more than 2000 years and used successfully in naturopathic treatment. A distinction has to made between white and red ginseng with respect to production and significance. Compared to the concentrate of red ginseng, the concentrate of white ginseng contains twice the amount of ginsenosides, which are important for its effectiveness. So far, the regulatory authorities in Europe only recognizes ginseng as a traditional remedy, whereas in the Far East the use of ginseng is well established. Together with other regulatory therapeutic measures as well as the naturopathic use of the adaptogen plant, a proven and integrative approach is possible with ginseng in the therapy of fatigue and the chronic fatigue syndrome.
