Abstract
Two cases of apparent failure to respond to well-indicated homeopathic treatment are presented in a case of nephrotic syndrome, there was dramatic response to exclusion of food of bovine origin.
A case presenting with palpitation seemed to respond to Naja, but proved to have a pheochromocytoma which was successfully resected. The clinical lessons learnt are discussed.
