I am writing to call your readers attention to what I feel is a misuse of terminology.

There is a tendency to refer to several remedies formulated into one product as ‘complex’ when the more precise term, ‘combination’, should be used. The use of ‘complex remedy’ should be confined to substances in our materia medica which are, just that, complex substances such as Causticum. The term ‘combination remedy’ should be reserved for products formulated to contain a number of different homeopathic remedies.

Also, in my opinion, it would be a good idea if our community made an effort to eliminate the term ‘LM’ when referring to Hahnemann's Quinquagintamillesimal potencies, the Q potencies.
