Abstract

Trauma is the commonest cause of intracranial ischemia in the young. A young soldier who developed features of posterior inferior cerebellar artery following acute flexion-torsional stain to the cervical spine who presented with cerebellar features is reported. There was no evidence of raised intracranial pressure. MRI was diagnostic. He improved with conservative management.
