Summary

A series of 63 cases of bronchopneumonia and acute bronchitis in children is described, in which 22 cases of bronchopneumonia and 29 cases of acute bronchitis were treated with homœopathic remedies alone. The results are discussed and the suggestion made that large scale research is required to study the activity of these preparations.
