Abstract

The case of a patient with a very rare type of single coronary artery who underwent successful primary stenting for significant right coronary artery stenosis is reported. The complication risk during percutaneous coronary intervention is increased in patients with single coronary artery but it is an effective therapeutic option in selected cases.
