Abstract
Being a refractive cataract surgeon has been a personal mission that the author has pursued for over four decades. A variety of concepts, technologies, and techniques are reviewed in this chapter. The ophthalmologist who performs cataract surgery should be committed to accept the challenge of becoming a refractive cataract surgeon.
