Nachwirkung als indirekte, die sich allmählich einstellt. Er nennt die Arznei, deren
Erstwirkung den Krankheitszeichen des Patienten entspricht, „kurativ“, die Heilung
kommt aus der Nachwirkung. Erst- und Nachwirkung lassen sich vor allem auf der Ebene
der Therapie differenzieren. Dort münden sie in einen kurativen und einen palliativen
Heilweg.

of the remedy. Hahnemann distinguishes the initial drug action as direct and the secondary
drug action as indirect which appears slowly. He calls the remedy whose initial drug
action corresponds to the signs of the patient’s illness, „curative“, the healing
comes from the secondary drug action. Initial and secondary drug action can especially
be differentiated at the level of therapy. There they flow in a curative or a palliative
way of cure.
