Die ständige Vorhaltung und Verfügbarkeit eines Schockraums zur Versorgung von kritisch
kranken und schwer verletzten Patienten ist eine wesentliche und für die transsektorale
Notfallversorgung wichtige klinische Ressource. In diesem Artikel sollen die derzeitigen
Entwicklungen der Schockraumbereitstellung in Deutschland aufgezeigt werden.
Abstract
Resuscitation room treatment and availability for in-hospital care of seriously injured
trauma and non-trauma patients are crucially important. To date, distinct guidelines
for the inhospital emergency care of major trauma patients in Germany are established.
However, recommendations for the structured emergency care of critical ill non-trauma
patients are still rare. The resuscitation room is an important gateway between pre-
and in-hospital critical care management and demands distinct strategies in terms
of entry criteria, pre-hospital registration and in-hospital organization. We thereby
intend to illustrate actual trends and developments in pre-hospital emergency care
in Germany and potentially resulting recommendations for in-hospital resuscitation
room management.
