Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine spontane Dislokation im Acromio-Claviculargelenk nach dorsal subacromial bei einer 22jährigen Frau berichtet. Da ein Trauma in der Anamnese nicht bekannt ist, wird diese Dislokation als habituelle laterale Claviculaluxation aufgefaßt.

Abstract

A spontaneous dislocation in the acromioclavicular joint, in dorsal subacromial direction, in a 22-year-old woman. Since there is no history of trauma in this case the dislocation is interpreted as a habitual lateral dislocation of the clavicle.
