Welche Interaktionen gibt es bei gleichzeitiger Gabe von ASS und ACE-Hemmern?

Frage: Viele Patienten mit kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen sind auch herzinsuffizient und erhalten Acetylsalicylsäure (ASS) sowie ACE-Hemmer. Eine Abschwächung der ACE-Hemmer-Wirkung durch Acetylsalicylsäure ist doch möglich, weil Aspirin die Prostaglandin-vermittelte Vasodilatation abschwächt und die Endothelin-vermittelte Vasokonstriktion verstärkt. Eine Empfehlung, z. B. bei Patienten mit KHK und Herzinsuffizienz auf ein anderes Wirkprinzip der Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung (Gabe von Clopidogrel) auszuweichen, besteht nicht. Wie ist hierzu die Datenlage? Sind bei 100 mg Acetylsalicylsäure täglich diese Überlegungen klinisch relevant oder eigentlich nur ein theoretisches Problem?
