Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 65 jähr. Patientin brachen — wahrscheinlich gemeinsam — 2 etwa walnußgroße Gallensteine in den Bulbus durch. Während der eine Stein in den Dünndarm abging, gelangte der andere retrograd in den Magen und führte zu einem intermittierenden Pylorusverschluß, der operatives Vorgehen notwendig machte.

Summary

In the case of a 65 year old female patient two gallstones of about the size of a walnut broke through, probably at the same time, into the bulbus. Whereas one of the stones was discharged into the small intestine, the other travelled in a retrograde direction to the stomach and caused an intermittent obstruction of the pylorus, which made surgical treatment necessary.

Communication du cas d'une malade de 65 ans, chez laquelle 2 calculs biliaires de la grosseur d'une noix perforèrent (probablement simultanément) dans le bulbe duodénal, l'un étant éliminé à travers le grêle, l'autre entraînant une occlusion pylorique intermittente qui mena à l'opération.

En una enferma de 65 años irrumpieron — probablemente juntos — 2 concrementos biliares del tamaño de una nuez en bulbo duodenal. Mientras que uno de los cálculos emigró hacia el intestino delgado, el otro llegó por vía retrógada en estómago determinando un cierre intermitente del píloro que exigió la intervención quirúrgica.
