Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung einer klinisch beobachteten Phakomatose bei einem 17 jährigen Mädchen mit zerebralen Krampfanfällen, die durch die Kombination einer monotopischen fibrösen Knochendysplasie Jaffe-Lichtenstein der linken Schädelhälfte, eines Naevus sebaceus systematicus der linken Kopfhälfte, eines Naevus vasculosus der linken Halsseite sowie einer Geschwulst und eines Koloboms des linken Oberlides charakterisiert ist.

Summary

Description of a clinical observed phakomatosis on a 17 year-old girl with attacks of cerebral spasm. This condition was characterized by the following criteria: a monostotic fibrous dysplasia (Jaffe-Lichtenstein) of the left half of the skull, a naevus sebaceus systematicus of the left part of the head, a naevus vasculosus of the left side of the neck and a tumor in connection with a colobom in the region of the left upper eye-lid.

Résumé

Description d'un cas clinique de phacomatose observée chez une jeune fille de 17 ans présentant des crises de spasmes d'origine cérébrale. Le cas présente le tableau combiné d'une ostéite fibreuse disséminée de Jaffé-Lichtenstein de l'hémicrâne gauche, d'un naevus sébacé de système de la partie gauche de la tête, d'un naevus vasculaire de la région cervicale gauche, d'une tumeur et d'un colobome de la paupière supérieure gauche.
